1. Plan your event at least 12-months in advance of your target date.

2. Ask yourself these questions - What is your purpose? What kind of atmosphere is desired?

3. Create a budget (and more importantly, stick to it when you strategize, hire and book).

4. Establish a date and the number of guests you would like to attend.

5. Pick the right venue and take time doing so. Explore, visit many and then decide.

6. Figure out the type of food you want to serve. We suggest you start with local caterers and discuss your options with them. This is one pallet-pleasing experience you’ll surely enjoy.

7. Hire an experienced and dedicated company for all of your entertainment and audio visual needs. An entertainment company that truly “gets it!” We hear Marx Entertainment is pretty damn good! J
